replaced it with this fucking koala bear. I've submitted a new avatar with me wearing tasteful lingerie (no parts showing)
2 months ago and I'm still fucking waiting for approval. I don't think the moderators are on top of things.

But the policy declaration that is entirely incomprehensible is not helpful.

Link aside, have you gone over the Terms and Rules at the bottom of each page? Maybe it's written better there and easier to understand.
