He wants to know if the new version isn't working just like the old version. So, any feedback would presumably be a bug, which should go into the bug reporting system. From @Manu who seems to be well at least:

He asks for feedback and then closes the thread for comments![]()
"no results" isn't a no-op, though.A no-op should be instantaneous
I assume it was done for reasons other than an enhanced user experience.Things settled down for me. Two things I noticed. The new version is slow to display both the current and archived lists. The second is... well... I don't get many notifications to begin with. So with the current page blank, when do I determine it's the normal state or it's SNAFU again? And how often are notifications archived? Is it automatic?
The old way was much better for my particular UI at that level.
Why does the car have a hump right there? Why is he humping... oh.
Bad phrasing on my part. A well written SQL query against an optimized database will have minimal search/week time regardless of data load. Any delay will be in moving the data to the front end or the front end massaging it to meet its needs. Of course this is all meaningless as we have no idea what tech stack Manu is using behind the curtain."no results" isn't a no-op, though.
The rendering of the results might be a no-op, but there's still a search op.
Looks like it worked for some, but no change for me.If you go to the bottom right corner of the now empty activity screen and find the language box, scroll to down to other and select. The you will see the possibility to view your archived activity. Please don't ask me how this works. It's the computer equivalent of hitting a car engine with a hammer, but it works
OMFGEven notifications from this morning are showing up in the archived side of things for me, so it's not like they drew a line at sometime yesterday and everything older than that is archived. And it is reporting a new story as getting an Editor's choice, which I do not think is true. I see no indication of it on the story or the listing of the story on the author;s page.
Totallysorry to harp on, but it's really shocking how badly this was 1. announced and 2. implemented.
Normally it would mean that Laurel (or the cats) really liked it. Now? Probably means a bug.I'm so happy this can be happening just as I have a new story out. BTW, does anyone know what having your story marked as "Editor's Choice" means?
Thanks, I was starting to feel good about myselfNormally it would mean that Laurel (or the cats) really liked it. Now? Probably means a bug.
I’ve been in situations where I was product owner, architect, lead design engineer, programmer, QA, and User Acceptance. It makes for fast lean development and delivery, but if you miss something, you miss is six times. Just saying. As a professional engineer, this is the kind of release I read about on TheRegister, wincing frequently.

I’ve now got one notification on my new feed, but a number of notifications which are on neither new nor old.I am not getting new notifications in either my new or archived lists. It just seems broken.
