Can you be religious and also a bit slutty?

Of course someone can proclaim to be religious and be secretly slutty at the same time. Happens all the time. I think OP is really asking if someone can be sincerely religious and unashamedly slutty at the same time. I think the answer is yes. I don't believe the religious repression of sexual thought and activity is healthy or rooted in sound religious doctrine. I think an uncommitted person or persons in poly-amorous relationships can be open-minded about sex and sexual activity, and have deep religious -- or at least spiritual -- beliefs at the same time.

I attended a Roman Catholic seminary for 2 years in college. It was located on a coed campus. As undergraduates we could study in whatever field we were interested. I was a theater major and most of my theater courses were actually held at an all girls school a couple miles away. I did not lack for female attention. It seems as if the women were more attracted to the 'forbidden fruit'.

I enjoyed an active dating life but was eventually asked to leave. I guess that qualifies me as a 'slut'.

Hurt me ? Religion is a crutch for people. Its the biggest and longest scam ever perpetuated on mankind. You don't need religion to be a good person, just a conscious.
But thats not what this thread is about is it ?
I get it. You have strong feelings on the topic of religion.

Your last sentence is exactly right.

@CuriouslyAZ

Didn't mean to irk you, my apologies.

No worries, I shared my general worldly observations on the topic and didn’t think that was enough of a reason for someone to send me their entire written body of work on literotica.

Sadly, the emoticons available to use to react to posts don’t give me the right range of expressions to respond properly.

I’m not using or angry, just felt a bit like an unsolicited dick pic to me. No harm, no foul though. Just not the response I was expecting to my comment.

I was directing you to my "Pastor's Daughters" series. It seemed germane to your comment.

My wife and I attend Mass weekly, and we are pretty active in our parish. We were remarried in the Church after I converted at the age of 39. And as far as we are concerned, since we are in a completely monogamous relationship, anything goes between us. My wife is the perfect example of the "lady in the streets, slutty in the sheets", to paraphrase that old saying.

We are church going Catholics, but kind of mess up on the 6th commandment.

i learned how to give a bare handed spanking from a protestant minister. She was in town to teach a class at a church for a month. I told her how non religious I am. That was OK. She had me in bed after our meet and greet date. She was an interesting and sexy Lady

A moral conundrum for sure. Perhaps it's all in how you compartmentalize things? Speaking of involvement on LIt only I think it can be helpful that online is one world which sometimes doesn't feel real. While the physical world is totally separate. I think for people struggling with the issue that approach may be a good one.
