Oral sex

Why are some men reluctant to perform oral sex on their partners, compared to women? Almost all women definitely want to perform oral sex on their partners.. give your opinion for discussion, friends.... this is a place to discuss sex... if you want to discuss morals, maybe this is not the place, let alone talk about morality. this is not the place.... thank you.
Great post!

Well Haida, 2 points
It is morally wrong for a woman to please a man and not get satisfied in return.
If this is the case your dating the wrong men.
I speak as if it were based on my regional culture. So the principle of "women are to serve men" is still embedded in our daily lives. Even though women have high positions and salaries, their status is still below that of men. So my opinion has a basis, my friend. And hopefully, with the development of the times and communication technology, there will be gender equality that will disprove my opinion.

I don't think your statement is accurate.
From my experiences 50% of women at best give oral. I myself love giving oral for long periods of time. Now I will say a full un trimmed bush does nothing for me at it ruins the pleasure I receive.
Do women like licking a guys hairy chest? I have never had that happen.
I am picky so hygiene is very important to me if you can't taje care of yourself I don't have any interest.
I would rather not receive if I haven't showered recently.
I agree that my opinion is inaccurate, as I don't have any data or survey results to show. However, I'm basing my opinion on conversations in women's forums. So, don't take it seriously, my friend.

I don't care if a woman wants to give me oral sex, my greatest pleasure is to perform cunnilingus so bring it on and let me drown in the product of your ecstasy

Maybe... But it could also be the guys first experience with oral was very unpleasant. ..Maybe his partner had very poor hygiene or maybe he picked the wrong time for his first time to engage in it (ie., while she was menstruating).

And I'm quite sure the converse has happened for some women as well - ie., their first time giving a BJ was unpleasant because of the guys hygeine OR, because the guy become aggressive and held her head down until he finished - which seems to be how BJ's hare depicted in Porn. I shudder at how porn is influencing what young men think a BJ should be like. To be clear, holding a woman's head down when she doesn't EXPLICITLY ask for it is rape. And yet, that seems to be what most BJ's look like in porn. Fucking horrible.

Those first experiences can forever affect how one feels about oral. Thankfully for me, the first time I went down on a girl was pure heaven. And I was always a perfect gentlemen when women have gone down on me.
very smart ... it all depends on the partner. but regional culture also has a big influence .... about the influence of pornographic films .... hmmm ... that's right ... I'm one of the victims ... 😑😑😑

Given my cock has given up its old glory, is it still worthy of giving it oral? Is it as enjoyable for the giver. It’s certainly good for me, but just oral will need a “boost” to get to a climax.

Me providing pleasure? Well given the state of my cock, I have to use other means, and helpful tools.

I think I will plan my next vacation to Indonesia. I will try my hardest to try and help the plight of the unsatisfied woman.

All kidding aside. I agree with your analysis. this is why some guys have that fetish for women from other cultures. They want to be the one to WOW them.

Love love love eating pussy, ass and sucking cock Wife used to love me eating her, I had two women in my life (oddly enough sisters) who refused to let me go down on them.

I'm not sure it's one sex or the other that is more reluctant to perform oral. My experience has been fairly even.

I've certainly been with women who either won't give a BJ at all, will but not to completion, or will but just don't enjoy it or want to at all. And honestly, the last category, I'd just assume they don't because if they truly don't enjoy it and/or they look at it more like a chore, it's likely not going to be very good anyway. Not that that makes them a subpar lover, but just that facet is lacking and we might as well focus on other things they do enjoy.

I've also known and/or known of men who don't go down on their partner or at least don't want to. I know my wife has a few friends who have complained to her that their husbands don't go down, which is completely foreign to me since I absolutely love it and always have and feel it makes one a more complete, attentive and talented lover since great sex isn't just about what's between our legs, but many other facets.

I do it almost every single time with the odd exception that precludes it like a quickie before the kids get home or maybe shower sex or any situation that makes it more difficult because of time, position, etc. The wife does go down on me and does enjoy it and, hence, is very good at it. However, she doesn't do it as often as I go down on her and that's okay.

Just my experiences anyway. YMMV.

One reason: It is easier for a man to keep himself clean, (and therefore ready to receive), than a woman. And an unpleasant oral experience with a woman can make a man reluctant to try again.
Is your definition of “unclean” that she tastes or smells like a woman? I've given head to a lot of women in my 74 years. I can only recall one who didn't taste good. It turned out she has a yeast infection.
Another reason (and perhaps the more common): Some men are concerned more with their own sexual pleasure, and have less concern for their lady.
This one is vastly more accurate.

Everyone is different. I'd bet though if you took 100 woman and 100 men, at least from the USA, you'd find the numbers who give oral pretty similar I imagine. I don't see oral givers as a gender thing. Seen both sides, maybe even more men that give actually than woman, but it's close.

Count yourself lucky!!

The one and only time I tried to go down on a woman, I lasted 5-10 seconds max and had to stop .. it was awful and scarred me from ever wanting to try again

I’ve tasted myself, I lick my fingers and toys clean…and sometimes it’s several hrs after I’ve showered, never smelled or tasted like rotten hot garbage.
I’ve licked my fingers after touching another woman.. all good!

But my first experience was so awful that it’s seriously made me reluctant to want to try again… it was like she hadn’t washed herself in weeks, or washed herself with a homeless person’s wet sock….

So definitely count yourself lucky that all those partners had good hygiene! It’s not always the case

does that mean oral sex can be a trend that can change its fans??? .... very interesting! ... I once read a book, which I forgot the title ... in the 60s-70s ... anal sex was considered disgusting
In the 60s and early 70s, anal sex was still very taboo. And all the more fun for that reason. Doubly taboo was a man receiving anal pleasure— that was considered downright queer. And SO much fun!

Meanwhile, during that same time period, cunnilingus was totally accepted and expected, particular among the hippie segment of the generation, which I was very much a part of. In my high school, where everyone was straight, it was considered “dirty”— but you knew that while guys were trash-talking it in the locker rooms, they were secretly doing it in the dark with their girlfriends. The “sexual revolution”, as all the magazines called it at the time, was set in motion by the availability of the pill. But once it got started, it took on a life of its own, and long-repressed sexual appetites were unleashed. Taboos became our guideposts for what to try next.

So if it's true that guys aren't doing it as much now, them maybe it's true that there are sexual fashions. But i honestly think it's more about increasing selfishness.

Hmmm... I don't think so; I think it's you who were unlucky. You say you've only tried it once, so the reality is that I'm a lot more experienced that you are. Meanwhile, that rotten smell you describe? — that's not simply about hygiene; that's almost invariably an indicator of a health problem.

I love the idea, act and concept, but the few experiences I've had smelt bad and it discourages me. Unfortunately it's been many years since I last got a chance to

I agree with this argument... so sex life also evolves with the times. This argument aligns with the argument that the current generation has been contaminated by pornographic films. Therefore, pornographic writing doesn't have much of an impact.
