Unfortunately, my company tends to schedule meetings for things that don't necessarily need meetings. They are very much of the "tone can get misconstrued in writing, so let's hop on a call" mindset, and I lowkey/highkey hate it LOL

I hated the "Mandatory Cameras ON" Management style.

I am stuck at a conference, got up a 5 am and my institute is responsible for the conference, so big smile and not showing any discontent for over 13 hours now.

Please keep me all a bit company, I put my earphones in and went into a corner because I was interacting since early this morning.

It's like you're in the meeting with me LOL

This one is literally 35+ people on the call, going over separate portions of a project, to make sure we're "all on the same page." Half of the folks are confused, cause they really don't have that much input on the project we're discussing. I feel for them the most.
