I believe this happened before Trump was in office and before Homan was selected as border Tzar. It allegedly happened in Sep 24 on Biden's watch. Why didn't they indict him then? Maybe no criminal behavior happened. Or maybe it was a democrat designed delayed false flag operation to once again throw crap at the Trump admin.

They completed the investigation and found nothing. Both Patel and Blanch found no credible evidence of criminal wrongdoing. Trump didn't shut the case down, the DOJ did.
