It's Short Day Friday. This has worked out to be one of Wat's more successful scheduling coups. A veritable stroke of fucking genius. We're not going to bust ass come Fridays. We're going to wrap up our shit and make an orderly departure in a timely manner. Lunch should be eaten while driving home.

We had a hiccup with inspections yesterday. Building Inspector Boy is new-to-us and wants things a bit different. So we'll accommodate that so's we can pass one time out. This is to be expected, like any other learning curve.

I'ma write a book on this shit, swear to the babeh Jeebus.

I can totally understand that!

Do we have your own place, your own autonomy your own stuff, but you can also enjoy each other’s company.

Sounds like the best of both worlds.

Before my ex-wife and I split up, we flirted with the idea of staying married, but having separate houses… I’m sure it would have failed… but it was an interesting idea.
