Others are "less" rights and more...guidelines or protections such as potections for transgender people in federal prisons and homeless shelters that have been eliminated, and nondiscrimination provisions within federal health care have been removed. I would also submit that Derpy and the other MAGA republicans CONSTANTLY forget / disregard the PRIMARY UNALIENABLE RIGHTS listed in the Declaration of Independence: The rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness (that last one DEFINITELY is REGULARLY infringed upon by the MAGAt republicans when it comes to the LGBTQ+ community - though it could easily be argued the other two are also REGULARLY infringed upon by the MAGAt republicans).

Cis women (especially when it comes to reproductive rights and reproductive health) also have many legitimate grievances against the MAGAt republicans when it comes to the primary unalienable rights in the DOI AND with the MAGAt republicans’ interpretation of certain rights outlined in the constitution..
