If anyone felt pressured by the government they can seek redress in the courts and as far as I know no suit has been filed yet.

The government has control over who uses the airwaves and how. Users have to obtain a license and those licenses come with rules attached no different that having to be licensed to drive on public roadways. If there is an issue re. how those various rules and regulations are interpreted or enforced............back to the courts.
