Over the years I've been lucky enough to find two workplaces where tradetalk was absolutely banned in the canteen. Unfortunately, from plenty of other places, I can sympathise with you entirely.

I know that feeling. Off sick and in hospital with spinal injury, work called the other day saying they are thinking of terminating my contract as I am not able to do the job due to my disability and have no other positions. Im speaking to the Union

Yeah, fairly sure that's not a thing they can do. Hope the union works something out.
