BREAKING: Fani Willis now PERMANENTLY disqualified from prosecuting case against Trump​

It’s just breaking that the corrupt Fani Willis has been permanently disqualified from prosecuting her case against President Trump, which she brought last year in hopes that Trump would lose the election.

According to Jeffrey Clark, Acting Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs in the OMB, who was one of the subjects of the criminal case brought by Fani Willis, she was denied cert by the Georgia Supreme Court and now a decision on her replacement in the case will be decided by the Prosecuting Attorneys Council of Georgia.

Perhaps you're the one that needs a reading comprehension check. What has been known to all of us actually following the case who gets it next will be determined by the Prosecuting Attorneys Council of Georgia, virtually ALL of whom are Republican. Depending on whether there's some state monies attached the newly appointed Republican prosecutor will sit on the case until the money runs out and then file a writ of Nolle prosequi and that will be that.

Here’s my prediction: no DA in Georgia will want to touch this case going forward. It was so incoherently conceived, overreached under RICO, and botched in execution that it’s become a cautionary tale rather than a prosecutable case.

You might say the casket of the case is still open, but at this point, the only thing left to bury is the paperwork, and I suspect the paperwork on the Willis case against Trump et al will be buried as well.
