ok so one person was telling me how men cant really hear high frequencies well and whispering is higher frequency so therefore my asmr is a fail (not his words but boiled down to that)
my response was that most asmr that includes talking is whispered, most asmr artists are female...and most asmr listeners are actually male...so...

and then we have a few ppl who didnt think it was really that good

and i did receive several other messages who definitely enjoyed for one reason or the other (knocked them out, aroused them, just wanted to hear me and relax...that sort)

so my question is...should I try another ASMR sometime? If no interest, its ok, wont hurt my feelings unless you say "well, you suck at it so obviously not"...

and if there is a lot of interest, Id try to get it done sooner rather than later.

You all can tell me "in the comments below"...(haha)

I only listened to half and I really found it relaxing. I didn't quite fall asleep, but I was listening to it on the commute home (I was not driving, I was on a bus) and I found it quite relaxing. Will it put me to sleep... quite possibly, but I did enjoy it. So I would say if you enjoyed doing it, then sure, give it another go. Remember, this is your thread... world... we live in it. Share what you like, you'll never please everyone, but I wouldn't mind more. That's just my opinion of course.

I've been accused of selective hearing, but I heard your recording just fine. I think it's an interesting thing to experiment with.

Think we can find someone with a binaural microphone? Having your whispers and textured sounds move from one ear to the next would probably raise not only the hairs on the back of the neck and scalp……

btw I did listen and it did make me take a nap…. But then I also missed my chiropractic appointment because of my nap :oops::ROFLMAO:
 
My idea is tonight lie in bed and listen to your ASMR. I have never done it before. So this is my first and have no clue of others.

I am going to be relaxed and enjoy it. Then I will make my decision of what it was like. I of course will be biased because you are the one performing the ASMR. So my natural feeling will be you.

one thought came to me...would it be "sexier" or more interesting or desirable etc if I did speak softly but in Japanese? Or would that detract from anyone relaxing etc?

That would be definitely interesting. How would the mind react to a stimulus it wouldn’t normally hear. Is a whisper regardless of language cause the same desired response?
