None of this is true.The option for a peaceful resolution is being taken off the table as fast as MAGA can make it happen.
Redistricting is in full cry so that voting won't be an effective countermeasure. To further ensure this, the majority of politicians are being conditioned to be toothless.
The media is being made worthless.
The legal system is starting to feel the strain, in very real and damaging ways.
The President wants a coup. Our military is already in the streets per his orders.
Provoking counter-violence will greatly accelerate this course of action. It's 100% certain it's the goal of this administration to provoke this to happen, and human nature + history shows that, at some point, there'll likely be a cry of "enough!" followed by gunshots. This will have grave consequences.
The alternate - no resistance - will have grave consequences, too. 100% certain they've done that math as well.
Where do you see this going?
(Cue Deplorables gaslighting, sealioning, and projecting, per a playbook that's simple enough for their brains to follow. Of course, if the shoe were on the other foot, they'd have already begun another Civil War.)

He makes a major point here. If the method of resistance is to replace your representatives but those representatives have diluted your voting power to the point of making your vote useless, people don't have a way to change things and will look to other methods.
However, this is not a matter of choosing between a voting system that Trump is trying to rig and resorting to political violence.
As MLK, Jr demonstrated, mass resistance is always available.
