Well, it was a multi-month investigation which would indicate it started shortly after Trump took office. They went in with warrants signed off by a judge. And the offenders are a mixed bag and Hyundai claims they were all contractors or sub-contractors and they, the company, were not complicit. So if true Hyundai dodges the bullet legally but you can be damn certain that there were those in management that knew about the illegal status of some of the people on site.How can there have been no oversight?![]()
