Needs to be done. Oh I forgot, chase cap and flange with storm cap, .050" aluminum flange pressed from 1 piece. Then aluminum 1 piece pipe flange with drip plate. All fasteners stainless steel. $1,700.00

You want to hear something funny. I got a quote of 13600 and another 2500 for the gutters, and downspouts, the guy said he would work with me on the price and then said it was 40% up front. What a maroon!!! Here, sir, take my money and never come back lol!!!

I’m truly sorry. I felt so shut in during our heat wave. Relief does come. This morning it was in the 40s this morning.

We've had a couple of days in the 70s but it's been overcast and humid. Feels rather oppressive to me. I don't do heat and/or humidity well. Next week it's supposed to be in the high 80s to 90s again.

I've just been finding projects to do in the house when it's that hot.

Well I don’t know where that week went. Two meetings chaired and actions to…. Well action! A work day getting everything ready to start on the hill and all the other junk to deal with. Will I get a break this weekend … doubt it somehow lol

I always enjoyed a good relationship with our QA/QC department. Also with the safety department. As our work was related to clean and pure drinking water, I embraced their recommendations. It made me a better director.

You were one of the good ones, then. I did work with some directors like you. However, many thought the rules published by the regulatory agencies were my personal rules and would try to argue them or just blame me for their "extra" work. I tried so hard with them.

When I was about a year from retirement, I finally had no fucks left to give. I just told them these were the rules as published and they could do what they wanted to do. I let them know everything was documented in the event they said they were never told. I also told my boss I would no longer cover for them in the event of a survey.
