The entire theory is worked backwards from conclusion.

That's always the issue with conspiracies.

Thats not how you work proper investigations.

Several points of the "investigation" make assumptions based on common sense type analysis. "The speeds seem odd so it must be a local transfer." Just as one example. That's not conclusive....that is forming an analysis around a predetermined conclusion. It's presented with common sense type analysis, because of the fact that it isn't truly something that is analyzed.
