I see that @Bluemoon_24 chose the exact same story title as I did.

My story was published just now!

Into The Night: 7.3k words of cyberpunk stream of consciousness, told in 2P POV. No, I don't expect this to appeal to anyone.

I see 15 stories in the published list. If your story isn't showing up, maybe add a comment to the list letting people know it's out there. You might also be able to use the "Report" link to send a message to the site admins. Not 100% sure if either of these will work, but it's something to try.

Update - The list of stories for the "Born to Run" challenge was just posted. However, my prose still is pending. I guess this challenge only allowed stories.

Eight people have finished the story! Actually, I suspect that several of them gave up and felt guilty about it, so they voted anyway.

In the meantime, a big thank-you to @WaxPhilosophic for organising this event! It's been quite a wild ride.

August 14, 2025. I wouldn't be surprised if the system only picked up stories.

I'm going to try my best to read them all. I'm starting with the shorter ones (2 or 3 pages) and working my way up. So the longer tales may take me a while to get to.

There are reasons not to continue Prisoner focused on Ann, Marley and Narrator, but in an alternate universe I could make it happen.

I’ve actually been thinking about my project next year being the same event told from several points of view with each variation hitting a different category. I think it could work…

I've got my privacy settings tightened down a bit. Don't take it personally. Nobody can message me.

Whether you continue your story or not is up to you of course. I found it interesting, because it's so opposite of anything I would write. But, it's her choice. I respect that. So many BDSM here stories are based on coercion. Yours was not. We need more of that.
