Gaza City Officially in Famine, Jews Celebrate

Not to excuse anything that Israel may or may not have done, but isn't it curious that they're the only ones being talked about? I mean, the Armenians were ethnically cleansed by the Azerbaijanis, the Sudan is seeing apocalyptic conditions, Bosnia, the Rohingya, the Yazidis, the Central African Republic, . . . .

It's like when there are more headlines for a poor Black shoplifter than for a rich White cryptocurrency scammer who steals millions!

To the point of the thread: No one is talking about the real famine going on right now in Sudan.
Of course not. Nobody scores points by pointing to it. The muslims point to the conditions in Gaza, but all of their accusations are interchangeable. In 1948 they attacked and tried to wipe out Israel because they wanted to. Everything they say now is just <fill in the blank> and that's why Jews are evil and should be exterminated. For no other reason than that's what they want to do.

Both Christians and Muslims can be antisemitic, but the Muslim variety is more pernicious. Jesus was a Jew who disagreed with the Jewish authorities at the time, but he didn’t want them dead. Mohammed personally massacred Jews. Killing Jews is baked into Islam. It’s been disheartening to see so many non-Muslims taking up their cause.

Eatablish some common facts? Definitions? Reliable sources

Accusations that the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) changed its definition of famine are false
. The IPC has consistently maintained three specific criteria for declaring a famine. However, the organization's use of different metrics to measure malnutrition in Gaza has been the subject of recent controversy.
Standard IPC famine definition
To classify an area as experiencing a famine (IPC Phase 5), the IPC requires evidence showing that three specific criteria are met concurrently:
  • Food shortage: At least 20% of households face an extreme lack of food.
  • Acute malnutrition: At least 30% of children under 5 are suffering from acute malnutrition. The preferred metric for this is the weight-for-height Z-score (WHZ).
  • Mortality rate: At least two adults or four children per 10,000 people are dying each day from starvation or malnutrition-related disease.
Controversy over malnutrition metrics in Gaza
The recent controversy arose from the IPC's use of an alternative metric to measure child malnutrition in its Gaza analyses.
The controversy
  • Alternative metric: In recent assessments for Gaza, the IPC used Mid-Upper Arm Circumference (MUAC) measurements instead of the standard Weight-for-Height Z-score (WHZ). The MUAC measurement is less labor-intensive to collect in conflict zones where healthcare infrastructure is damaged.
  • Lower threshold: The IPC's protocols allow for a lower malnutrition threshold when using the MUAC metric, setting it at 15% to be roughly equivalent to the 30% WHZ standard.
  • Accusations of changing standards: Critics, including Israeli officials, accused the IPC of changing its global standard specifically for Gaza by lowering the threshold to make a famine declaration easier. They allege this was done for political reasons and ignored other criteria.
  • IPC's defense: An IPC spokesperson responded by stating that the use of MUAC with a 15% threshold is a standard, decade-old protocol when WHZ data is unavailable. They emphasized that their standard definition of famine did not change.
IPC analysis and conclusions for Gaza
  • The IPC Famine Review Committee (FRC) confirmed in August 2025 that two of the three monitored famine indicators in Gaza had breached the required thresholds.
  • This led to a formal classification of famine in the Gaza Governorate, with projections that it would expand to other areas.
  • The Famine Review Committee also acknowledged that "extreme human suffering is without a doubt currently ongoing in the Gaza Strip" and urged immediate action, regardless of the official classification.
Sudan ??? Start a thread!!!!
This one is about Gaza.

Mohammed killed Jews?
Ok, wasn’t it David who collected 100 foreskins? Were they donated by the Philistines?
Thou shall not kill, but scalp foreskins? All good

And let's not forget Jews can be "antisemitic" too! You insinuated as much a few days ago!

Last Wednesday your posted artfully worded propaganda supporting Jewish thugs (cretins who support and enjoy genocidal Israel starving innocent Gazan children) physically beating and destroying the property of Jews who were legally protesting apartheid israel's genocidal policies.

The Jewish thugs labelled the protesting Jews "antisemtic", and you agreed that UCLA had a (direct quote) "serious antisemitism problem"

Since when do Jews like you get to decide who is a "real Jew"? I thought that right was exclusive to rabbis and Donald Trump? Tell us.

White people shouldn’t lecture black people about racism. Men shouldn’t lecture women about sexism. Gentiles shouldn’t lecture Jews about antisemitism.

Listen to black people. Listen to women. Listen to Jews.

You forgot sports fans and their “Indian chop” and the Emperor in charge demanding that mascots switch back to what the is comfortable with protecting

Look how artfully she dances around her previous position of only a few days ago!

This whole "innocent children starving in Gaza" is little more that an opportunity for some clever wordplay for the Jews here who support Israel's genocidal policies while appearing to be "neutral".

This is a game to them. tee hee and all that.

So Hamas steals food from their own people and then claim Israel is starving them to death. And the usual suspects buy it hook, line, and sinker.

Israel is NOT the problem shit for brains.

The IPC changed its criteria is July so they could claim that Gaza is suffering a famine. It is indeed sad how radical Islam has corrupted our international institutions. The victims of real famines around the globe will pay the price.
Lol. Do you see now? You are exactly like the stupid fucking MAGAtards. You will never live that down. You might as well join them.

My position hasn't changed. The is no mass starvation in Gaza. Hamas is starving the hostages. The war continues because Hamas refuses to surrender and release the hostages even though they lost the war they started two years ago.

Israel has allowed plenty of food to enter Gaza. Nine trucks of flour a day is ample for a nation of 2.1 million people.

Of course those trucks have to be delayed for many days in order to search them for terrorists, and the bakeries have nearly all been bombed in case they bake bread for terrorists, and there is little water to make dough in case terrorists drink it.

But be sure that efforts are being made to release any hostages by sending missiles to where they may be kept.

Your article is from 3 months ago. They predicted then that by the end of August half a million Gazans would be starving. That obviously didn’t happen. The food shortage in Gaza has always been exaggerated for propaganda purposes.

So you accept that there is food shortage in Gaza.

Food is as not as readily available in Gaza as before the war. Look at the video that 1984x2024 posted. It’s a bare-bones shop with row of cans set out for purchase, hardly a cornucopia of plenty, but not the sort of scarcity that leads to people starving in the street.

Nine trucks a day for 2.1 million people and you don't think that people are starving because someone found a shop.
