It may not help with weight gain, as that's not my goal. I'm protein-challenged, so I add liquid protein to my coffee. My mug holds @ 2 cups so my one mug of daily coffee has 15 grams of protein.
You may find a different product that helps you with both protein and weight gain. I use LPS Collagen & Whey Protein Supplement 32 oz. container for daily use and the individual packets when I travel or am away from home.

I had a productive day. Not @Wonderer67 productive, but good for me! Today was a gym day.

The first thing my trainer did was put me on the "big kids" leg press! 😱😱 She started me at 190 lbs as a warm-up. Then kept adding 45s. I did two sets at 460 lbs! My legs were mush but I felt pretty proud of myself!

Then, she had me dead lifting 95 lbs! I keep reminding her I'm OLD! 🤣🤣

We're in a heat wave here for a day or two. I'm so thankful for the AC!

No, I'm sure not. Patients have told me how painful it is.

I haven't had it; I'm glad I got the vaccines. Just about everyone in our generation had measles, mumps, chicken pox, and rubella.

Shingles is caused by the same virus that causes chicken pox. The virus hides in the nerve roots and can activate at any time. Besides causing the rash and blisters, an attack can also lead to prolonged and ongoing nerve pain.
Sad but true.

I can attest to that…
