If this is a story you want to write, dust off the old keyboard and start typing. Never experienced these things in real life? No problem. I've never been a love-sick troll, or ridden an eight-legged lizard, or betrayed humanity to a shapeshifting space vampire, or shagged my twin sister, or given a sexual massage to my school bully, or been shot by a vampire-hunting priest, or any of dozens of things I've described in my stories.

Use your imagination. Try to picture for yourself what it would be like, and then relate that to something that you have actually experienced. Identify a few elements or moments, and use those to hang your description on.

Even if you can't do that, you clearly want to write the scene. So write it, read it back, try to imagine it happening, and add all the details that would make it feel more real. Rinse and repeat. That's the essence of writing.

Yeah I'm with Simon in that you really need to figure out what story you want to tell, because your description sounds like two opposing ideas: a wife who "isn't into sex," and a who "wants to find hot sex" sounds like two different people to me.
