The rest of the this case still needs to be appealed as a groundless malicious prosecution, after all she ran on destroying Trump. You're right on Bragg's case, it's on appeal and hopeful will meet similar finding. James doesn't realize how much she contributed to the Trump Campaign.

It was an 8th amendment violation. It was politically motivated and was struck down by the higher court. Engoron should be impeached and prosecuted for abuse of power and judicial malfeasance. imho James should drop the case while she ahead.

The verdict was NOT “tossed” (only the financial penalty was voided), and it WILL be appealed.
