Not really. Orange Julius Caesar hasn't been able to do any of the things on his agenda, like cutting government waste (thanks, DOGE, for removing the inspectors general who MONITOR the government for waste, fraud and abuse!), ending the war in Ukraine "in 24 hours", making peace in Gaza, curbing inflation, etc. etc. etc.

But groping young women, now there's some common ground!

And let’s not forget, he seized control of D.C.’s police to make the city a safer place. He restructured ineffective agencies with his DOGE efficiency initiative, while slashing federal bureaucracy and panicking the Left, all of which, it seems, has caused you several days and nights of continuous fecal incontinence. That's how bad Joe and his apparatchiks weaponized the Executive Branch of government against the American people. It needed a lot of corrective attention, and still does. The trade policies are now negotiated in favor of Americans, not Joe's foreign constituencies.

Under the Constitution, all executive power flows from the President. When agencies within the executive branch run amok or exceed their lawful authority, it is the President’s duty to rein them in. Just as the chief executive of any large organization is expected to issue corrective directives, so too must the President ensure that every arm of the administration operates within both the law and the limits of its authority.

There certainly has been a lot of sound and fury. But seriously. DOGE? Firing people who secure the nuclear weapons, then having to hire them back again? Onshoring? It takes a lot of time to build a manufacturing plant, the corporations are just making big announcements with people standing there with hard hats and shovels pretending to break ground, knowing that nothing will get done until 2029 and then with Donald Trump out of office, nothing will get done at all. The District of Columbia? Crime levels are already at a 30 year low, Trump's just cosplaying. Restructuring? I suppose if you call firing the director of the Bureau of Labor Statistics because they won't lie for you "restructuring" he's done some restructuring. Sealed the border? I don't think so, all that talk he's been doing about the need for workers on farms and meatpacking and construction so he'll provide an "exception" means your border will be as unsecure as ever. As for foreign policy, well, the dying is still going on in Ukraine and Gaza. The "ceasefire" between Iran and Israel is a ceasefire in a fight that STARTED on Donald Trump's watch. He risked American lives in those strikes on Iran (which delayed their quest for nukes by, what, two or three months?) and may not be so lucky next time.

On the other hand his tax (the billionaires love their tax cuts) and spending policies (zillions for ICE while cutting Medicaid) look set to balloon the federal debt to disastrous levels. On that, he's delivered!

Your government isn't a corporation, with a Steve Jobs or Henry Ford as a veritable dictator. The first branch (Article I of your Constitution) of your government is the legislature. It just so happens that the Republicans in control of Congress are all "Yassuh boss!" idiots who approved a cabinet of weirdos because . . . I dunno, why are brain-worm, drunken Signal-chat, A1 Steak Sauce Education, bullet-in-cricket's-head, and all the rest of that lot (including, for a while, Ketamine X-man) running your country?

Sigh. Ever wonder why the President is in article II and the Congress is in article I? Ever wonder why the Congress can toss out the President, but the President can't remove legislators? That’s not the issue here. The Constitution vests all executive power in the President, period. Congress cannot pass laws that diminish the President’s plenary Article II authority. Trump has already beaten back 16 straight Supreme Court challenges to that authority, all brought by people like you who pretend to know the law but clearly don’t
