My son and daughter both have Oura and love them. They are more your demo than I am.

I actually bought an Oura and tried it for two days and it basically didnt record my sleep. It also was the gen 4 which has this plastic "O" ring on each side instead of it being enclosed with metal. I had a silver one and the o ring was white. I guess thats true for all except the black which has a black o ring. It seemed odd because I read the o ring can come out easily which then leaves the electronics open to the environment (dust, water, sweat, dirt, food...). Seems like a fail, because it isnt so they can fix the battery or whatever...
Anyway, I returned it 2 days later.
