I was pleasantly surprised at the number of non-dicks on the highway coming back from fishing yesterday. There were only a couple of dicks who seemed to think that they were more important than others and were driving very aggressively in their pick-ups. I don't get why wasting gas and almost causing wrecks is worth getting home maybe 5 minutes earlier than others. For people who have not driven here, it's an undivided highway with a single lane in each direction. Yes, there are some spots with passing lanes, and usually the real danger is when the people passing are trying to lengthen those zones. Did I mention it's a National Scenic Byway? So, people not from here are doing a lot of gawking when they should be driving. It's just common sense to not be in a hurry during tourist season.
