Naw..during the summer the bosses allow people to leave at 3 ..I oon the other hand have too much work to do and here I am alone in the office

Has anyone ever gotten embarrassed or peeved at you for being too nice or giving you too much money? For example, my dad’s aunt was going through chemo and he sent her a check. She called and thanked him, but said she could not accept it because it was too much. I was surprised.
