I always feel like crap after major surgery. Sometimes it’s just from a Sometimes it’s just from the anesthesia leaving your body and being cut open of course. You should start feeling better in a few days, if you don’t go back to the doctor and just make sure everything’s OK .

Hi Noor! This was my first surgery ever and I definitely over did it today. Tomorrow will be a complete rest day!

I did not have the classic lower right pain. Even with doctor poking and having me lay on my side, lifting legs etc.

What I did have: I woke up Tuesday morning and was immediately feeling sick. Very bad cramps around my lower pelvic floor and under my belly button.
The cramps were so bad, I got goose bumps. And then I broke into a clammy kind of sweat. I knew this was not a food poisoning or a regular digestive issue. I did run to the bathroom several times and was nauseous.

Use those parchment trays, works pretty well.
6 mins at 400 f
Put enough in the weight down the paper unless you have weights or clips, otherwise it will blow up into the element and catch fire. I usually do 6-9 of normal Size marshmallow. Or those square ones.
