lots of types of gravy...I dont enjoy some, others are delicious. The typical American Thanksgiving style is just "ok" to me.

Sexy and a foody! Wow just wow. I’m Canadian and Quebec is the origin of poutine. It is the king of bad for you but so tasty when done right. Poutine is way beyond cheese gravy and fries. Gourmet poutine like lobster with a white cream sauce, smoked meat poutine…. The list goes on and on.

I never eat American Cheese.. it is not real cheese !!!
I prefer a burger without.. every 6 months or so when I even eat one..!!
How any civilized person can think mac n cheese is an adult side dish is beyond me!!!
Cool Whip is not real creme.. Get off your ass.. and whip the real stuff.. it aint hard !!
If someone is bringing store bought brownies.., to my dinner party .., I say don't bother..!
Vietnamese, Thai, Lebanese, Greek, Italian, Indian, Ethiopian ( especially if they do authentic coffee !!)
( Wood fired thin crust pizza only.. Proscuito and Arugula is my go to..!!)
If it's Vanilla ice creme.. I want to see black specks.. that is part of a vanilla bean !!
If I'm eating a pancake.. I want real maple syrup from Canada or Maine.. not that cheap crap.. that is corn syrup based !!
I do like pb&j.. but only as a quick snack...
I don't care how you cook brussel sprouts.. I don't like them..!!
Any cocktail or desert that has cherry's.., no thank you.. reminds me to much of cough syrup...
And finally.. nothing replaces real butter..I cook with it.., I eat it on sandwiches..
Best in my opinion is Kerrygold.. from Ireland.., But if no.., t Lurpak from Europe.. is a close second !!!!
