Instant Turn Off Words or Phrases

Cut IS violent. Circumcision is violent. It is kinda angry.
But it's also a fait accompli, so to give it a violent name seems pointless, unless the goal is to put down those who are circumcised.

Yeah, I get it... 95% of the guys in Porn are circumcised which can leave those who aren't feeling a bit self-conscious. But that is no reason to cast those who are circumcised as some kind of damaged "other."

I like to add and this happened to me: “I want to be married in a year!” She said this on our very first and ONLY phone call. I replied good luck with that and hung up.

Really? There might have been a nicer way to handle that, don’t you think?

I don't know, yeah maybe a bit impetuous...... But a wise man once said, "Sometimes 'crazy whispers.....and sometimes "crazy' screams'. "

No need to google..... I am the wise man, I said that.

"You owe me money," would turn any one off I would think.
I'm guessing the phrase, "I have boils down there," would also be a turn off.

Then again.....everyone has their own kink. 🤔

Dipping into this thread with interest.

Sooo much depends on context and trust and respecting boundaries.

Racist tropes in porn are depressing and so are the fantasies that remove someone’s agency. For instance, “moms in a magic coma, use her “. Yuck.

I don’t use it at all the way I used to, but I get off on porn where everyone is having the absolute BEST TIME

I adore the word c—t
Don’t like dick
Much prefer cock

Like arse but whenever I’m typing, “ass” seems fun, but I’m British so I never say it 🥰

Yes, yes, and yesssssssssss!! Racist tropes and mommy, daddy stuff is revolting.

As for "Cunt" - I'm starting to come around. When used to refer to a person, I still hate it. But when used in place of pussy, or vagina, etc.. I'm starting to see it as kinda exciting, yet harmless - but only if used first by the woman. When the time is right, I'm going to ask my wife if she'll start using it during sex and if I can as well. She'll probably be fine with it, but no arguments if she's not.

I used to hate the word "Slut" because it was used only as a put down. ..But nowadays, it can have a positive connotation - ie., a reference to a woman who is openly and unapologetically highy sexual. And it's use underscores the grotesque double-standard that there is NO equally derogatory word for men who equally highly sexual. These days, my wife is fine if I call her a slut during sex, but it has to be in positive way - a way that praises her sexuality. So maybe she'll be fine if the C word is used in the same way. We'll see....

Here is what fascinates me about this thread…

Many of the words and phrases women say are mood killers, maybe even deal breakers, are the very same words and phrases that are said in nearly every damn porno. Which are almost always written and directed by men. Perhaps this explains why so many women are turned off by porn.

And it is not enough to just turn down the volume… Because the looks on the guy’s face usually suggests he is spewing some kind of toxic crap.
