If you believe that "the cure for past discrimination is present discrimination; the cure for present discrimination is future discrimination," that's racist.

If you believe that a person who is white cannot represent minority constituents, that's racist.

If you believe that all black people have common experiences and all white people are racists, that's racist.

Your group believes that people should be classified by identity groups, given separate facilities and events, judged by the color of their skin and treated differently because of it.
