A girl, or rather two girls, long time frenemies, independently of each other, sign up to lifeguard a community pool or something (not at home) for a summer job.
During the orientation there's a bit awkward conversation about swimsuit uniforms, and one of the girls blurt out something stupid, the other catch and interpret as if she volunteer to lifeguard nude. To the surprise of both the manager lits on the idea, say they had thinking how to introduce clothing optional hours to the pool or something. It may even be transparently perverted... But the girls have to one up another, so they end up lifeguarding naked, part time at first, but the intended time-split between clothing preferences soon break down...
No less than in part due to our lovely pair of nude lifeguards actively promoting the lifestyle... without believing into it for a second, at least our POV lead doesn't, she's still very much embarrassed but also turned on by the exhibitionism, and increasingly by getting others to undress.
