Sorry, you never get over a precious angel sent to love you with all it's heart. My Yorkie passed 7 years ago and sometimes I still cry about him.
You never 'get over it' but you do learn to cope and move on. Let her bawl buckets of tears. It means she loved that sweet angel with all her heart.

Yeah, "getting over it" was not the correct term for what I ment. Sorry.

Fortunately, when i pick the wrong words, she knows my sentiments. Ive said my share of horrible things that were NOT intended as such. Shes good, she knows she can cry as long as she wants. Doesnt make me nervous or uncomfortable. Ive certainly done my share of sobbing on her shoulders over the years. We've been partners and bonded through some pretty horrible times.

However, she does tell random strangers that I hit her.. She thinks its hilarious, i dont. So, ive got some fuck up points in the bank.
