Just ran down to the farm and checked the stream down there. It flooded and overflowed our culvert, but all seems OK.

Severe storms and flash floods today. We have a brook behind our house and our yard is set about 2 feet higher than our neighbor's yard. So far that 2 feet is making all the difference.

They're fine. Their yard goes back pretty far from their house, so it'd have to rise a few more feet before they're in any danger of water getting in. Not all of our neighbors were so lucky, though. Lots of sump pumps and wetvacs working overtime last night and this morning.
