Sadly, I did....I had my first pinched nerve at the ripe old age of 13....pinched nerve in my chest...I could barely breath for hours...it was horrible. I don't get them as often now...but that is a day I will never forget....

It did...I was in tears...my father brought me to the local emergency care center...and we sat in their waiting room for 4 hours before seeing a doctor...all while I could barely breath...like I said...a day I'll never forget...
Y;know, I've noticed as I've lived the the south for a few years, that I'm acclimating to the heat and humidity. As long as I'm not out in direct sunlight, I do ok. Beats the 3 feet of snow I used to have to shovel back when I lived in Buffalo!
I have to be out in the sun but yesterday it was mostly cloudy with a really high humidity level. I was drenched in sweat all day and it felt like even water and electrolytes didn't help, neither did the AC in the car for long. I ended up canceling the rest of my work schedule because I was feeling so ill from it.
I moved to the south almost 20 years ago. People have been telling me ever since "You'll get used to it." guess what....I'm still not used to it...wanna know why? Cause it's FUCKING HOT! When I lived up north, and the summer came around..it was FUCKING HOT there too. Hot is hot. Humid is humid. I don't care where it is. hot is just stupid. I will never get used to it. I will always hate it. I hated it as a child. I hate it now in my 40s. I will stay in my 68 degree air conditions house thank you very much. And everyone that enjoys this heat, can go die in it. lol. I'll wait til the temp drops. Until it goes below 70 again, I'm not going out there if i dont have to.

The side effects can be worrying too.Being on blood thinners certainly doesn't help either.
