Any advice on writing “morning after” or “day after” scenes (i.e., when she’s just lost her virginity to a well-endowed stranger)?

A supernatural virgin would be different. ;)
No virgins in my Angels & Demons or Coleoidphila stories 😊. In my more IRL stories, I’ve written one First Time tale, but most of my characters are experienced. Though I’ve also written people having a threesome for the first time, etc.

This thread is so cringe. Gosh , his cock is so big it really hurt her. Please give me more details… ffs
I’m trying to approach it from the POV that maybe the woman’s experience is important to the story in some way. But my mind initially goes to the same place as you. Without the OP telling us more, 🤷‍♀️.

It's going to depend on how careful the couple were to ensure it didn't hurt (or not), and how much time they took. Could go from no ill effects at all, totally happy, in love, maybe a trickle of lube felt when she goes to the loo, to lots of pain and possible trauma, or anywhere in between. Without more info from OP, no-one can advise.

The size of his cock and her height is pretty much irrelevant.
I think the OP has been edited. I recall that it specified she didn't know the guy (hence my response).

I think there would be a lot of varying factors at play, so her "soreness" would depend on the context of the act, her mental state and level of arousal leading up to it, and maybe even the length of time performing, but I don't think such a minor detail is that important to be very accurate. Just my thought, anyway; don't overthink it.

I said in the title of the thread that she loses her virginity to a stranger.

It's very, very, very, very tame, vanilla erotica. There's cunnilingus, anal sex, vaginal sex (missionary position, woman on top position, doggy-style), and one scene of fellatio, which she is guided through.

It's definitely *not* about 'destroying' her or 'ruining' her or any such thing.

But yes, she's an ingenue, a gentle, sexually inexperienced, sensitive young woman.

He's a pornographic actor, she doesn't know that.

It's a fantasy that first came into my head over twenty years ago. I published it online, I think it was abysmal. But one thing that did seem to get positive feedback was that at least some readers felt the female character came across as 'adorable', people seemed to care about this character as a person.

There's not really much of a story - my fantasy was that this 'chaste' young woman would be 'deflowered' by a bad boy, although in the story he starts gently, treats her with respect, but gradually pushes hard.

I want to add some realism.

I get that this story isn't going to be as interesting to others, as it is to me. The heroine is based on a young woman I knew all those years ago, and had a crush on, so it's "personal" to me. Takes me back to when I was eighteen myself.

I want to add some realism. Would be glad if people could give me their input.

Thanks for coming back. Probably took a bit of courage given some of the reactions.

I get everything you just said. Except why her being in discomfort the next day is important. Let’s randomly say that 50% of women have no physical side effects from losing their virginity and 50% experience some soreness / muscular aches. I think those figures are probably very wrong, but whatever. So either some after effects of no after effects are equally ‘realistic.’

Then she has anal sex in the same session, which seems less likely, but trust me I’m in no position to say that can’t happen. Depending on how this was done, I’d say probably more scope for tenderness, feeling kinda weird, or even injury (anal sex is best when both parties know what they are doing, or at least one does - it’s a trust-based activity). So her being sore after her first anal is maybe a bit more realistic. But her being fine is also not unrealistic.

So, again, what’s the point in the story of highlighting her discomfort? It’s not necessarily realism as no soreness is also possible. And PIV / PIA in diffeent positions for a first time is already firmly fantasy, or maybe let’s say an exaggeration (again I’m not the best person to critique this). What does her being sore / in pain / slightly injured add to the story? What is the point of including this element? What does it tell us about her or the MMC?

Let me put it more concisely.

What you have said about your story, doesn’t make it sound as if being grounded in reality is a driving factor. Taking to one side whether or not post fuck soreness is likely or not, why introduce this specific note of ‘realism’ and not others?

Does he wear a condom? Does he get a Charley horse in a complicated position? Does she have flatulence during anal?

What is it about this specific element of ‘realism’ that will be compelling to readers?

What's MMC, by the way?

Okay, maybe there's no need for 'soreness', etc.

If I lived in a perfect world, I'd ask the young woman herself about her sexuality, etc.

In real life, I was too shy to even talk to her all those years ago.

And in real life, I'm pretty sure she wouldn't be having sex with a stranger, well-endowed or not.

She was from a social background where pre-marital sex would have been regarded as immoral, dishonourable, and scandalous, regardless of whom it was with. She was a warm, friendly, sociable person, but to my knowledge, at age 18/19, she had never been in any kind of romantic relationship.

I imagine if she had been seduced by some guy who was a combination of James Bond-style smooth suaveness, and porn star-level endowment and sexual stamina and repertoire, she might get "swept up" by the moment, and I would want her to have a memorable, beautiful, intense experience. But I imagine that the following day, she would be feeling the "after-effects".

This x 1000.

It's akin to uncanny valley in art.

It closes in enough to realism that you set of the viewers (readers) expectations of true to life throughout.

Then it introduces common tropes like magic penis, virgins taking to all manner of sex like fish to water, porn stars, life changing sex the first time out, etc. etc. etc., which throws most readers out of the realism track they were just shuffled in to.

It's jarring.

Better to full commit to one path or the other b/c being real enough yet not quite real is especially freaking the fuck out.

Well put…

Then you’re talking to a author who wrote about a condom breaking during the FMC’s first anal, and then added a few paragraphs with the protagonists digging out medical screening emails and arranging test appointments. So sexy 😊.

Apparently this disrupted some readers’ natural jerk off rhythm 🤣.

I want to add some realism.

If it isn't actually very important to the story how she reacts, what her feelings and sensations are the next day, then, don't even bother putting much effort (many words) into it. Be free to be vague.

But if it is important, then, how are you writing this? Why is it important? Why do you not already know what kind of aftermath is what the story needs? Do you plan to figure out how the story is going to go, based on what someone tells you a typical and believable aftermath experience is like?

I don't recommend that. There is such a variety of people and of events and of partners and of reactions that you can make almost anything realistic. So just figure out how you want your story to go, and then write whatever works for that story.

Yeah, but I've never got the vibe you were putting on airs in service of a more trope service motive.

So many of these AH threads read like wanna be Nabakovs who clearly took away all the wrong messages from Lo.

It's like cosplay. It ain't my thing but I can appreciate the creativity, art, effort, even sewing skills it took to pull of the look with total commitment. And all those shine through in most of your works.

But it's a bridge too far when, like many of these threads, someone tries to justify their half-naked Bayonetta is always their right and contextually appropriate for mundane school carpool pickup.

What a lot of nice things to say, I’m blushing ☺️

Okay, so the most realistic pains that she might have is muscle pain. What kind and where would depend on her typical activity level and type. But more likely, she won't even notice the pain as she's freaking out about going against everything she's been raised to believe is right and moral in the world. And occasionally while walking around in this fog of, "Did I do something bad?" she'll over exert herself and remind herself.

Although, if she's into belly dancing, likely she won't experience any muscle pain, except maybe in her upper arms. Even if he brings her to multiple screaming orgasms. And at that age, unless she's got a really big hymen, then she's unlikely to experience more than a brief burning sensation from losing her virginity, which will be gone by the next day.

@erotica_n_s my final suggestion. If you want to write the fantasy of the girl you liked all those years ago being half-crippled by being used vaginally, anally, and no doubt orally by a mega-cock porn star, then write it. Just drop the realism bit. If the image of her hobbling around bow-legged gets you off, go for it. Just forget about the realistic bit.

Given the new information from the OP, there's also the possibility of this porn star being charmed by her inexperience and using all of his knowledge/going above and beyond to ensure she has the best experience possible. Surely a guy who's fucked 1,000-ish women has picked up some good techniques and skills along the way.
But it's his story, not mine.

interesting definition of vanilla erotica

Porn stars are good at money shots, not technique, knowledge or skills. They don’t actually get the other actors off.
