Yes! She probably needed a six pack in the morning just to make her feel normal. At least her normal...
The so-called "functioning" drinkers.
I've worked with a few . . . .

Common sense is not so common. Quoting an old friend of mine. That and Common Sense are both in short supply.
That sounds like a tough day. How can you ever decide what to bake?Good morning diners. Yes it’s hot and humid. We are going to get rain and some storms. Relief is coming next week.
Another lazy day indoors. I had a fantastic day with my granddaughter yesterday. My plan is simple: avoid the weather, bake cookies or berry coffee cake, watch TV series, read books, be with my GF etc.
Maybe the wind is just blowing the wrong way?Something seems to have gotten under the house and died.

Highest etoh (alcohol) level i ever saw was 602.... he kept taking all his clothes off carrying them around looking for a washer to wash them..I've been binge watching police interaction videos lately. There was one, about a woman in NJ that drove into a parked car, so the cops were called. Long story short, she was arrested for OUI, but she wasn't violent. She was just out of it. She wouldn't consent to a blood alcohol level, so they got a warrant for her. When they finally did test her, BAC was .402% !!!
Normally drunks are argumentative on these clips, and generally get what they deserve. This poor woman has a legitimate problem with alcohol, and needs intervention.
Even the cops were just trying to get her to the hospital, and keep her from killing herself. Really sad what they were dealing with here.
That is sad. Do they still drink like that?Highest etoh (alcohol) level i ever saw was 602.... he kept taking all his clothes off carrying them around looking for a washer to wash them..
It was sad... funny enough had to watch him for withdrawal because he drank anything anywhere all the time.
We have an electric percolator. They make the best coffee, IMO.This takes me back to percolators. The sound they made.

That’s the main difference between us.One earlier storm map you posted looked like a fist.

I find optimism in short supply. Internet and social media, 24 hr news cycle, AI augmented news, pictures, phonies, fakes and just plain ol ignorance give me fewer and fewer reasons to be optimistic. That and Common Sense are both in short supply.
I have the smaller Ruger, the SP101.I have always wanted one of those.
More than a snake gun . . . .
Sounds fantastic!Good morning diners. Yes it’s hot and humid. We are going to get rain and some storms. Relief is coming next week.

I have to be optimistic, otherwise I will fall down a spiral hole.I find optimism in short supply. Internet and social media, 24 hr news cycle, AI augmented news, pictures, phonies, fakes and just plain ol ignorance give me fewer and fewer reasons to be optimistic.

I'm 99% optimistic. I have to be in this shitty world! I'm like Pollyanna and her f'cking glad game.
