I suspect there might have been moments during the long holiday weekend where traffic may have been light enough to generate the results in the original posts, no???



I also read that since the pandemic, traffic congestion in general in the LA area has been spread out more evenly across the day because of remote work / work at home, etc.

A combination of factors could result in lighter than average traffic congestion. I won’t even totally discount that some undocumented immigrants laying low might be one of those factors - but certainly not THE MAIN factor.
