I am not able to close or delete accounts. Here are instructions from the FAQs on how to close an account:

You have every right to remove yourself from the site at any time for any reason. If possible, we’d appreciate knowing the reason(s) for your decision. We strive to improve Literotica every day, and your feedback helps us improve things that may need improving.

If you’re a published Literotica Author planning to remove your account, consider archiving your stories before leaving the site so that your readers can continue to enjoy your work in the future.

As a security measure to make sure that only the owner of an account can delete it, you must log in to your profile to remove your account.

Once logged in, please do the following:

• Click “New Story” in the top header menu.
• Choose “New Story”.
• In the story title field, enter this text exactly “REMOVE MEMBERSHIP”.
• Choose any category (it doesn’t matter - this will not be posted publicly).
• In the “Story Text” field, request that your membership be terminated.

According to the rules, no. Especially as a brand new member, this would be seen as spam. There is often some gray area for long-standing members who’ve demonstrated that they aren’t posting here solely to promote themselves or another site. But even then, it really comes down to how it’s shared. A conversation about music and what we do outside of Lit leads to sharing this feels organic and appropriate while a thread that feels like a commercial for the other site would read like spam.

What is the policy on DMing other users? Is there a rule? I imagine given the topics discussed here some people may receive undue and unwanted attention, even if the DM isn't of a sexual nature/rquest/proposition?

People can choose to receive or not receive PMs. If someone has PMs open, there is no rule against sending them a PM. There is also no rule or expectation that someone must reply.

Unsolicited sexual PMs are typically unwelcome. There are plenty of threads in various forums where women discuss receiving PMs of this nature and it usually leads to them disabling PMs, so please don’t do that.

Underage content was posted in the thread which resulted in a member being banned. Also, posts and topics (even in a taboo thread) need to stay on legal. Rape isn’t legal. Consensual non-consent is legal.

Fantasy was towards the consent non con. Definitely understand the underage content that is wrong by that member. Thank you for explaining, will be more clear in any future posts.
