I am the same, it’s a natural thing to be comfortable in your own home. I’d encourage everyone to try it at least once for a few days. It might take some getting used to but it’s wonderful

You are probably not alone with this but just take your time to remember that ultimately you are still naked underneath that shirt….

Or maybe you could just wear it unbuttoned, giving a teasing view every now and again. Personally, I would find that much hotter than being totally naked. Just a thought…

I enjoy the freedom of being naked at home. There is something freeing about it. Laundry isn’t building up.

Down side….. cats. I have two and when they jump on you or stretch out up your leg as you are trying to feed them, or knead you as you lay in bed and they want to knead you on your chest….

There are very few places I can go nude outside. I have a townhouse, so I have no personal yard to escape to. I am resigned to going to secluded areas of the beach. I wish I had a yard to escape to.

There are no fixed rules, the important thing is that you and anyone else around you are comfortable. My first wife was quite happy being naked but couldn't sleep without wearing knickers, one of my friends has really big breasts and will sometimes walk round in just a bra as she says that is more comfortable.
