M'lady?

m'Lady?

Something else?

40 something lady wants her 20 something catch of the day to stay hard all night. For an older guy there are pills to do it.

Can a 20 something guy take a Viagra or similar to stay hard without ill effects?

My understanding is that porn stars pop viagra all the time. Mostly without ill effect.

Yes a 20 something can take Viagra without ill effects.

As for the rest, M'lady is my preferred way, but Milady works too.

But... but... all 20 somethings are self-sustaining power plants right? Shouldn't it be less about popping a pill and more about finding the thrill?

Have fun with human limitations. Women complaining about their male partner's recharge time (or gloating about their own multi-orgasmic abilities) is a common source of teasing in my non-lesbian stories.

Lower case through the whole title, "m'lady", is correct. It obvs means "my lady", possessive and is used to address any woman of noble personage of equal or lesser standing to the speaker. It can be used by someone of lower standing to a familiar noble person only in private or intimate settings.

The formal, "your ladyship" is more appropriate in public, especially from lower to higher station.

Absolutely

20 something can take Viagra or the others, most likely it will work. Probably won't produce porn star attributes or powers though. Cases where even after a few hrs it won't go down, creates a "painful erection" known as priapism. There are many possible side effects such as heart , blood pressure, strokes. Even though a low incidence what if you are the 1%, is it worth it just for a long lasting boner ?

Yeah, porn stars have 'fluffers' to help with that...

Most definitely. I have an ER doctor friend who was, in our much younger days, a bit of a player, including swinger cruises. He heartily recommended tadalafil (Cialis) or sidenafil (Viagra) as a performance enhancer, with the usual caution of "more than four straight hours of hard, you have a problem." Rare, but it happens. He was more than willing to write me a script for either, but I wasn't into the multi-partner marathons like he was, and certainly didn't need it at the time.

Bear in mind that erection is still induced by desire/stimulation and not the pill alone, the medication simply makes the physical response last longer. When stopping to take a break to catch your breath, the erection will (or should) abate. Also, depending on the... uh... "event", there is a clear choice between the two - sidenafil has a short lifespan and will only be good for five hours at max; tadalafil's effects won't peter-out (HA!) for 20-24 hours, though my experience is more like 30 hours or so. That's why Cialis is called "the weekend pill," one will cover both Friday and Saturday evening's fun.

Both require 20-30 minutes after ingestion to take effect. Do not ever take either with nitrates, common meds for people with heart problems. It can drop blood pressure to fatal levels. I've had two ER docs thank me for being honest about my Cialis use in situations where I had a "chest twinge" that got my attention enough to dash to the hospital. No nitroglycerine for me!

TMI, I know, but armed with this info might make for writing more realistic scenarios. Also, these meds aren't effective in all cases of ED, although that's not the circumstance being discussed here. A healthy 20-year-old on Cialis is going to be a fuck monster. Alert the villagers.

You could look up 'chemsex' for details. My understanding is GHB and other meds are used to stay awake and wanting it, and the erections mostly then look after themselves, with the odd bit of help from sildenafil (Viagra) and potential partners providing fluffing services.

m'lady uncapitalised except at the start of the sentence. Or milady if it's historical and some obsequious servant.

Guys can't generally get it up and get off several times in a few hours despite what Lit stories and Adult flicks might indicate. It's a big event special night and she wants him harder longer for repeat performances through the night. She doesn't care if he produces new loads as long as he stays hard so she can have him a few times, just in case the night never happens again.

He knows he's taking it, so there is no non-con.

The line is “How is your evening, M’lady?” or something like that.

I might still tweak it a bit but the Caps isn't important either way I guess. I just wasn't sure about the M or L being emphasized.

That's an "it depends." There have been formal studies. Refractory period for a young man, say, 18-20, can be a matter of minutes, and some cases were found of rapid repetition.
