i can entertain you with stories of how when i was three my uncle Evret started spanking me real hard and i was screaming...my dad came out and said he was white as a goast..seems he pulled me out of the pigpen when i was playing with the new piglets just as momma sow was running over to say hi to me.

Doctor loved my blood pressure and said was impressed with my health. Told me to take off some weight. I'm an athletic 198 lb. at 6 feet. Just need to cut down what I put in my pie hole. Need to lose 10, just a pain in the neck. Love to eat, love scotch and beer.

That being said. To all those who don't go to their primary care physician or get your colonoscopy. DO IT. For yourself.

I'll piggyback and say - get your Blood Pressure (BP) checked. If you're between doctors or insurance, most Fire Stations run monthly clinics aimed at us oldies.
Know your numbers - it's called The Silent Killer for a reason!
