Federal Prosecutor Resigns Over Garcia Charges

Relax folks.

She held out little hope that Abrego Garcia would actually be free, however, noting that immigration authorities were likely to detain him upon release because he is alleged to be in the United States without permission.

"Either Abrego will remain in the custody of the Attorney General or her designee pending trial if detained under the Bail Reform Act or he will likely remain in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement ('ICE') custody subject to anticipated removal proceedings that are outside the jurisdiction of this Court," she wrote in her decision.

"That suggests the Court’s determination of the detention issues is little more than an academic exercise," Holmes said.

You are an authoritarian pretending to be a conservative.

He’s scum and his days in the US are winding down.
You believe what they told you he is.

The admin denied him due process and continue to lie about him and the courts continue to reveal that.

If they would have given him due process, he may very well already have been deported to another country, long forgotten.

What continues to be the issue is that the admin has said who they claim he is. MAGA fucks don't question that assertion.

Then the admin fails to prove their assertion. And the MAGA fucks still don't question that assertion.

Without due process, the admin could deport you and people might believe lies about you and you would not have any choice or defense.

Whether one person, good or bad, deserves the ability to defend themselves against tyranny of the government is a Constitutional concept, which is a conservative value. The accused's dehumanization to.diminish their Constitutional rights is not a.conservative.valhe.

The government has the burden of proof.

You whack jobs used it against Trump. :)
No. We don't.

You may percieve it that way, but when a criminal commits a crime and/or violates the Constitution, in America, we hold them accountable for it. Because America is a system of laws and justice. You don't get to flout justice and break the law and then cry "Weaponized justice" when the system won't let you get away with breaking the law. (That only works if you are O.J. Simpson, and I'm guessing you were probably pretty pissed at that outcome- rightfully so I might add.) The problem is, you turn a blind eye to the very real crimes Trump committed, because, I guess, you think the President ought to be above the law or something, simply because he's Trump.

Not in a Democracy. Thats how corrupt, authoritarian governments work. The U.S. is not one of those.

Just take credit for it. It worked great. :)
