Music recommendations?

In my current work in progress, the inspiration for the story's instigator came from a song by Neko Case, "This Tornado Loves You," from her album "Middle Cyclone, 2009."

I didn't even realize it, at first! Knock it off, universe, you're driving me crazy, I can't think straight, stop it!

Neko Case is a gifted songwriter and musician. And her lyrics paint very evocative pictures. The “characters” in her songs are always very interesting sounding.

Yes! I love "Talk To Loretta," from that album. I love the whole thing, but that one in particular with that driving drum-beat intro!

I like Broken Bells. It’s one of the people from The Shins and DJ Danger Mouse. They create a very hypnotic and psychedelic vibe.
