Supreme Court Delivers a Crushing Blow to Trans Agenda

In a resounding victory for parental rights and child protection, the Supreme Court delivered a 6-3 decision Wednesday that upholds Tennessee's ban on so-called "gender-affirming care" for minors. This landmark ruling represents a triumph of common sense over radical gender ideology that has been targeting America's children for far too long.

As you could have guessed, Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Ketanji Brown Jackson dissented, while the conservative majority on the court correctly recognized what Tennessee and 24 other states have already figured out: Children deserve protection from irreversible medical experiments masquerading as healthcare.

The ACLU and its allies tried to dress up this radical agenda in constitutional language, claiming that banning these dangerous treatments for gender dysphoria while allowing the same medications for legitimate medical conditions somehow violated "equal protection." What a joke. There's nothing "equal" about subjecting confused children to experimental treatments that could sterilize them and cause lifelong health problems.

And thankfully, a majority of the court disagreed with the ACLU. Writing for the majority, Chief Justice John Roberts said that such policy decisions are best left to voters and their elected officials, not the courts.

It's about time that children are protected from the whims of the insane.

Is this why we're boycotting Walmart?

Quick question- how many Tennessee kids have been saved by this law?

The doctors who prescribe this care are not insane and do not act on a whim.
He is not a healer bound by oath to do no harm, he's a technician of ideology, wielding a scalpel not to cure disease but to conform young, confused bodies to the cultural dogma of the day. "Gender affirmation" is a euphemism that softens what is, in truth, the irreversible alteration of undeveloped human beings. Consent, in these cases, is a legal fiction.

We protect children from voting, drinking, and smoking for good reason, yet we hand them over to permanent medical experimentation with alarming ease. This is not medicine. It is moral abdication dressed up as progress, and history will not be kind to those who have promoted this evil.

Even you should be ashamed to quote PJMedia.
Spare me the source snobbery. Dismissing PJMedia without addressing a single point is the intellectual equivalent of plugging your ears and yelling 'fake news.' If you're so sure it's nonsense, prove it; if not, just shut up.

No minor who receives gender-affirming care is abused or damaged.

These decisions should be left to doctors because nobody else in the world is qualified to make them.
Who lose income if they don't push expensive drugs and surgeries. "You're fine as you are, don't come back" is not a lifetime customer sales pitch.

No doctor fits that description.

Trans Dem Rep. McBride suggests party went too far with transgender agenda before public was ready

McBride said progressives became 'absolutist' while voters were still at 'Trans 101 stage'

Rep. Sarah McBride, D-Del., told the New York Times on Tuesday that the Democratic Party may have overplayed their hand with regard to trans issues during the 2024 election cycle.

McBride, the first transgender representative who was elected to Congress in 2024, spoke to The New York Times' Ezra Klein about where the Democratic Party went wrong on transgender issues and how they should approach winning back the public.

"I think that’s an accurate reflection of the overplaying of the hand in some ways — that we as a coalition went to Trans 201, Trans 301, when people were still at a very much Trans 101 stage," McBride said.

McBride suggested that the trans movement caused a perceived cultural aggression that allowed the GOP to say, "We’re punishing trans people because of their actions. Rather than: We’re going after innocent bystanders."

He's starting to see the light that the rest of us have been aware of for years.

Spare me the source snobbery.
Better you should learn from it -- stop citing shit sources like Gateway Pundit. If you can't find support for your position on something more respectable, most likely there isn't any.

The assholes we're talking about are.
The ones you are talking about do not exist. Doctors who prescribe gender-affirming care do so for sound medical reasons, not for ideology or cultural dogma. And you do not know better about all this than they do.

See what light? That is all a matter of political calculation -- there is nothing in it to suggest a "Trans 301" agenda is in any way ill-conceived apart from its limited public appeal.

So glad not to live in these backwards states.

How is this a win for parental rights when it is almost always parents who are looking for gender care for their kids suffering gender dysphoria?

Do you stupid fucking MAGAtards think strangers are abducting kids and forcing them to get top surgery?

Gender-affirming care for minors is limited to hormones and psychotherapy. Nobody does gender-reassignment surgery on minors.

The idiots believe in the existence of "grooming" and "recruiting," don't they?

That certainly wouldn't stop the state of Tennessee from taking action against it. After all, the voters are gonna love it.
