On my birthday, the water line to our well pump burst and flooded the downstairs rooms. Now I know that sounds bad, but we had been wanting to renovate that old space for years. So, what do I do? Turn that frown upside down!

Home insurance is taking care of most it and we have a chance to make this renovation happen and a fraction of the cost! Happy Bday to me! Lol

June is mid-winter here… and now we are into July.
I say ‘winter’ as it really is more a respite from the summer humidity and heat.
Cool fresh mornings and evenings with usually blue sky days in between.
Not to bad for ‘winter’.
