Polyamory/throuples in books - accurate or not?

I've recently read a few poly throuple romance books (MMF), and I'm curious about how accurate they are in representing poly throuple relationships.
I realize that's a pretty broad question, but I'm not sure how to be more specific.
Maybe someone could recommend some titles that do fairly accurately represent what poly throuple relationships are like?

Edited because I realized that polyamory and throuples aren't quite the same thing. I'm referring specifically to 3-person monogamous relationships.

Lol, ok that's fair overall. Fiction is fiction.
But some things are more accurately represented than others - like, how much dating in the era of dating apps sucks. Or how social beauty ideals fuck us up.

Are MMF books as similar to real life as MF books, or are they more akin to monster and shapeshifter books in their reflection of reality?

I can’t answer your question because that was never my style of polyamory but I am curious if you’d recommend any of the books?
