I love your recaps, Likes!

Blueberry and Lemon are often paired up.
I've had lots of compliments when making glaze with confectioners sugar, fresh lemon juice, and fresh lemon zest.

Of course, I didn't have any lemons in the house, either.

I think this site has exposed a wound in me that was already there. I haven't made up my mind yet, as people (such as you guys) are so cool. The sad thing is, out in the real world, there are, in my sphere, no places to discuss these issues. Whether Lit is the place for that, is another question

Very good. Keep the Sarcopenia at bay. Try to build additional muscle all the good things for an aging adult. Plus i like it socially and mentally. How’s your training coming Lil?

She destroyed me again yesterday! As usual. But! She's started taking me over to the "big kids" section of the gym! I do everything she asks of me. It's not pretty and it's not quick but I can see that I'm making progress. Our main focus is balance and strength.

The other day when I was grumbling, she told me about a client of hers who is 92! And uses oxygen! Well, I just had to shut up after that! I want to be that lady!

One more day of work. My friend is flying in from out of town for a few days. We are going to do the reading (pa) airshow and World War II reinactor thing. He is a big ww2 buff and I like the old school aircraft.

Then I think we will be shooting guns, finding old man bars to drink cheap beer and causing low grade chaos.
