It’s good to be back.

Now on the bus to New York City. The last day of my tour. But I’m glad I came home last night instead of going to the New York City hotel.

I haven't made any final decisions. Flouncing out may be premature and I want to explre a few things, but I don't think there's much that will happen there.

I have a really high sex drive. My wife and I are nudists, but aside from innuendo, I don’t really talk sex talk (other than to my wife) with anyone except for here. I think it’s kind of cool to be able to talk candidly about sex with sex-positive people.

I seem to post only when I have downbeat things to say. I'm sorry about that. You are all very cool people.

But I don't think Lit is for me. It's a bit overwhelming tbh. I don't think I've spoken to anyone on here that isn't cool. People are nice and friendly. The amount of sex and experience that people talk about on here is just too intense for me. As you can imagine there are few avenues to discuss this stuff and ironically Lit is one of them

Very good. Keep the Sarcopenia at bay. Try to build additional muscle all the good things for an aging adult. Plus i like it socially and mentally. How’s your training coming Lil?

The bottles... there's 3 different colors and I'll test them all...
God, I hope they're not $200 bottles, as they're part of a "collection" of my late, lifelong best friend...
....but trust me, we've spent more, for less and he wouldn't mind!

He would want you to enjoy! When the bottles are empty, they can be repurposed for something else. My husband collected interesting bottles and put lights in them. They're on top of our cabinets.

Calling all nurses. My results are:
enchondroma of the right femoral head AND
Insertional tendinopathy of the gluteus medius and minimus bilaterally.

I did a google search and it seems I just have old age hip joints. What else at 73?

Enchondroma is a benign tumor made of cartilage. There is typically no pain with this.

Insertional tendinopathy is what is causing your hip pain. Frequently, physical therapy is prescribed but it seems this takes a while to resolve. Here's a good article I found:
