I've never tried this, Boat. It has both willow bark and comfrey in it. Willow bark has a compound similar to aspirin and has been used for centuries for pain and fever reduction. This is my go-to on ANY fresh tissue injury!
I gave mine to a lady on my dive boat, when I saw her with an elbow brace on... after almost a week, she canceled her orthopedic appointment!

I get that! Too much togetherness can be wearying.Too much being together and driving ... I need a break
The symptoms of both can be similar. If you are experiencing nerve pain, numbness, or weakness of either (or both) your legs, it could point to spinal disk impingment of a spinal nerve. Commonly called a "slipped disk," it is actually a bulging or protruding portion of disk material that puts pressure on the nerves.Does anyone know the symptoms of arthritis in the lower back and how it’s different from lower back pain? Yes I have been having lower back pain especially in the morning and today it’s lasting longer than usual.
Yes Ma'am, I'm aware of the warnings about Comfrey, but big pharma hates natural remedies, so the testing done on lab rats, would be the equivalent of me eating bales of Comfrey.I've never tried this, Boat. Comfrey has also been used for wound healing as well as muscle and joint pain. It is hepatotoxic, however, meaning it can cause liver damage. Most countries have outlawed comfrey as an oral medication. If it is used for muscle pain, I would recommend limiting its use and checking with one's Healthcare provider.
Good morning and evening!Afternoon all![]()
Oh Gosh No! I will do all that my healthcare team recommends! @Lilianna23Don't MAKE me come over there, buster!![]()
And that’s why you make it the night before so you just have to flip the switch!
Thanks as those exercises are exactly what I need. Fortunately there is no numbness or weakness. I plan to discuss it with my PCP and getting some PT is a good idea. The symptoms of both can be similar. Your provider can schedule you for an imaging study to try to find the cause of your pain. Ask for a physical therapy referral. They are wizards with back pain. Here is a link to some exercises that may help:

Please heed the warning. The lab rat studies are also designed to determine the mechanism of toxicity. In this instance, the fact that it affects the liver is the critical thing. Clearly, taking very limited amounts gives your body a chance to detoxify the chemical. However, prolonged or excessive use could result in definitely permanent damage to liver. She did just that yesterday.Did she have pain before the massage? She might have a muscle spasm. They can hurt like hell. If it's new pain since the massage, I would tell her to go back to the therapist and tell them. They can assess the situation. They may prescribe some stretching exercises for her.![]()
Thank you and good morning, OM!

I wish you great results from the PT!Good morning all. The exercises are helping my back. Thanks to all for the suggestions. I’m also seeing the doctor to get some PT.
Nothing special today just relaxing and watching some baseball. My Tigers have the best record in baseball!
She did not sleep thru the night. More pain. I am urging her to go to the docs today. Her Lyme test results should be back. She did just that yesterday.
She said she felt a bit better but thought it might take a long time to get back to no pain.
She slept thru most of the night, for the first time since Saturday, so that was good.
Will do. She is stubborn a former medical professional herself (xray and ultrasound) and into home remedy’s overall recitative medicine.Send her my best, please... I'll be sending positive thoughts, vibes and prayers!
