💫🎲💫 Lit Fantasy Classes: D&D Nerds Unite 💫🎲💫

Informal agreement. We've all know each other for decades. There are a few hard and fast rules we do have but mostly it's a judgment thing. I'm the biggest boundary pusher 😬
What? I can’t imagine you pushing boundaries!! We don’t do that in my groups either. Of course one of my groups is all dudes and the other is with my step daughter.

Hey fantasies within fantasies!

we're actually not allowed any romances which bums me out a little
Definitely depends on the group, and if it is in person, or online, say over discord.
In person, yes, can get quite awkward, especially if the player of the character you are romancing is also playing along with their SO. This happened during a Cyberpunk Campaign during the "Team intro", one part of the group were body guarding a High Value Target, the other part of the group were supposed to be taking out the High Value Target. The hit team decided to do the whole "I talk the body guard into accepting a BJ, and use the hidden poison needle in my tongue to inject him with a neurotoxin paralytic..."

However, when it is online, like in this kind of format, or over Discord using Voice and Roll20, it can make for some very hot game sessions, as long as everyone remembers, it's just cooperative storytelling and not personal.

BTW, I still have my Original Cyberpunk 2013 books still.

Back when I was a teenager and playing D&D 3.5 with my friends we stumbled across the book Nymphology: Blue Magic. It was a supplement for 3.5 all about sexual magic and its uses. We never ended up using anything from it in our games but needless to say we (a bunch of teenage boys) found the whole thing very titillating.

Has anyone tried Mythras? Just ran across some videos about it. It is a remake of Runequest. Looks very interesting

I found the character generation to be quiet long winded. But then at the moment I'm only really playing with Year Zero Engine games or more rules light games.

I have to know - when you're all nerding out, do you give your characters voices? Do you get especially attached to some characters or do you like to roleplay lots of different people?

I have a number of accents I use as a DM. My players have come to expect it. As a player - and it's been an absurdly long time since I've been one - I tend to build dwarves just so I can have a fun accent.

You gotta do the voices!! Especially as a DM.

It can feel silly at first but it's so immersive! My go to voices are something russian-esque, I do a fair Scottish accent, a new york style thing, and learning into my own southern accent. Playing with pace, tone, volume and pitch are also fun. Little things like a lisp or a nasal voice or a stutter can add a lot too

This looks fun.
I'm working on an erotic RPG (yes, dice and all) and I had to join the party.

Is anyone playing this? is there a gamebook?
