In Oklahoma? Well, I don't wish to insult teachers in general - it's a noble, underpaid and absolutely essential profession - but in the Sooner state these days, the answer is "no one who should be". They have a severe shortage of teachers there, because the pay is even worse there than in most other states and because of stupid stunts like the one being discussed here. So there's a major brain drain. Neighboring Texas even has a marketing campaign specifically to lure teachers to move there and make a living wage and actually be allowed to do their job. So you can guess just how high the calibre is among those who are left behind in OK.
